This solution enhanced Walgreens capability to conduct business with various health care entities besides enabling analytics and reporting. * Architected the solution that enables mobile connectivity to Walgreens store pharmacy employees by integrating mobile devices with enterprise authentication systems. The solution helped improve customer service, communication between store employees. * Functioned as a lead architect for B2B solution and road map for the product that improves sales process and customer interaction. This helped the company reduce the sales cycle times from several days to hours. Managed the implementation of the solution with a team of 20 people spread across different geographical areas.
