SUMMARY Twenty-three years of management, supervisor, Engineer experience working in compressor manufacturing and chemical/textile industry. My current role as a Manufacturer's Representative is with EER Systems. My previous roles have been at the Ascend Performance Materials site. Previous roles were at the same site just different company names (Solutia, and Monsanto). I have served in positions of increasing responsibility, which included: Quality Assurance Supervisor, Materials Supervisor, Training Supervisor, Night shift Supervisor, HR Generalist, Lean Manufacturing Coordinator, Continuous Improvement Lead for Corporate, Continuous Improvement Lead for the Decatur Plant. I have experience in two company Lean start ups.
