Description
Center Director I - City of Hialeah Parks & Recreation Community Services. Overlooking and training 3-7 other recreational leaders. As the Director I also had to make prompt and decisive decisions in order to maintain City daily operations. I was in charge of yearly planning programs and registering patrons. In addition I was also in charge of the collections of money and funds received for team uniforms field trips and registration. My daily tasks consisted of rules and policy enforcement in order to avoid any harm or negligence to my employees as well as the rest of the community including daily facility check ups and work orders.
