Accomplishments Project Management: Initiated and spearheaded the process of bringing in house the total operational procedure from initial intake to revenue cycle management, which resulted in dramatic exponential growth, taking the company from 1.5 million to 30 million in 5 years. Implemented and directed the launch of two billing and process management software systems. Operations Management: Managed the overall operational processes from intake to revenue cycle management. Handled all functions related to product additions and launches, including our core orthopedic product lines, managed care programs, and diabetic shoe program. Initiated and consulted on the development of multiple proprietary software programs that allowed us to streamline the operational process for efficiency, better analysis, quality control and overall management. Compliance Maintained and consulted on compliance with all state and federal regulatory standards. Developed and Initiated an e-signature authorization program increasing delivery turn around times by 75%, improving cash flow and increasing the overall ship rate by 10%.
