I have spent the past 26 years working in the Mortgaged Backed Securities Markets Covering both Residential and Commercial markets during that time. During this time my duties included evaluating and pricing bonds, analyzing cash flows, understanding what effects mortgage rates, evaluating prevailing trends in housing, scrutinizing prepayment speeds effect bond yields and pricing, intermediating complex financial transactions in a volatile market place and what it takes to be a successful in a client facing business. I am now looking to branch out and embark on a new career using my market expertise, analytic skills, years of experience and the knowledge I garnered earning my MBA. I am looking to head now in a different direction and believe that between my years of experience, Licensing ( series 7 and 63), plus years spent managing co-workers and customers, all while dealing with a fast paced and constantly changing landscape make me an ideal candidate. I am an outside the box thinker and believe my vision, strategic, analytic and quantitative skill sets in conjunction with my diligence and perseverance will create positive outcomes.
