Ms. Thomas provided program management services to the City of East Orange for the implementation of a residential and commercial redevelopment project. The $13 million Brick Church Redevelopment consists of 96 units of affordable and moderate-income housing and 30,000 square feet of commercial space. Ms. Thomas worked as an extension of the staff and was responsible for coordinating all approvals and permits required for construction. She also monitored the developer's compliance with the City's redevelopment agreement, and provided budget updates and scheduling, detailed monthly reports, and recommendations on all aspects of the project. Ms. Thomas provided project management services to NYCHA for the management of interior design and build-out of existing office space.
