With over 27 years of construction experience both residential and commercial project management. I have an understanding with current building codes and able to use AUTOCADD proficiently. I have an accredited architectural degree and with that I am able read construction documents to build. I am able to be a on site superintendent as well as manage the project from start to finish by meeting quality control, time schedules and budgets.
