Experience Summary: * Twelve years of experience in Software Testing and One year experience in development (.Net) * Experience in Quality Assurance, Performance Testing (Front and Back end) & Automation * Proficient in implementation of automation software, testing (functional, acceptance, browser compatibility, PEGA, Mobile, compatibility, Mainframe, Hardware (ATM), Database, load, volume and capacity) and development to high quality assurance standards * Broad knowledge in full Software Development life cycle - Analysis, Design, Development, Build/Release, Testing, Integration and Deployment and Test Methodologies. * Excellent working knowledge on Test Management Tools like TFS, clear case and Defect Tracking Tools like Onyx, clearquest, Quality center 9.1, * Excellent working knowledge on SOAP protocol, Oracle (2 tier) protocol, SAP-Web protocol and Web (HTTP/HTML) protocol by using Mercury Load Runner. * Excellent working knowledge on Monitoring tools like Site Scope 7.8 and Precise/Indepth. * Experience in developing Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Scripts * Adequate Experience in Requirement Analysis and Effort Estimation * Ability to prioritize along critical path and meet project milestones and deliverable dates * Ability to understand and translate business requirements and to operate independently or in a team environment. * Strong Project Management and organization skills * Proven ability to manage multiple projects, under tight deadlines, often with competing priorities and complexities * Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships * Conducted Corporate Training on Performance testing Tools (Mercury) * Received Performance recognition awards from various clients/companies * Having Onsite experience in South Africa, USA for clients BB&T FIFA-Match, JP Morgan and Harris assignments and offshore coordinator for Citi group project.
