Profile: Over 30 years of experience and extensive, proven leadership in managing large and diverse programs, facility operations, maintenance, construction, military operations, contract-support services, budgets and quality control for campus-type installations. Currently hold SSBI clearance. 2010 - Present, Facility O&M Maintenance Manager, Leidos-Lockheed Martin, Aurora, CO Lead 40-member team and 80+ sub-contractors in Construction and O&M of 1.25 M sq ft facilities * Completed over 6,500 work tasks per year, up 20% each year with 20% manpower redux in 2013 * Commissioned and stood up operations of $240M facility additions and Utility Plants in 2016 * Built Utility teams from scratch, developed PM programs, SOPs and work order processes * Promoted to Level 5 Manager as a result of successfully implementing contract and team growth * Filled in as acting Program Manager on several occasions during Proposal, Re-compete periods * Advised Lockheed Martin Sweet Tea and Overseas programs on setting up facility maintenance processes, craftsman safety issues and development of critical electrical and HVAC procedures * Developed the most awarded/rewarded team on the Aurora site nine annual/quarterly customer partner awards, two employees of the year, Center of Excellence winner, Leidos corporate annual winner * Founded Facility Maintenance University (FMU) to upgrade, expand and diversify craft's skills * Played lead role in $90M contract extension spearheaded 22 FME additions, took on 250K sq ft of new facility additions, 25% increase in maintenance contract responsibilities, all without a glitch
