Have comprehensive skills of Designing (SSIS ETL Packages Complex T-SQL Queries, Partitioning and Indexing. * Highly experienced in all aspects of system development life cycle such as requirement analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, deployment & maintenance of projects. Capable of handling responsibilities independently as well as a proactive team member. * Interact with Subject Matter Experts for requirements analysis to implement the overall Data Migration and the ETL solutions * Excellent knowledge in RDBMS concepts and constructs along with Database Objects creation such as Tables, User Defined Data Types, Indexes, Stored Procedures, Views, Cursors and Triggers. * Expertise in writing T-SQL Queries, Dynamic-queries, sub-queries and complex joins for generating Complex Stored Procedures, Triggers, User-defined Functions, Views and Cursors. * Experience in optimizing performance of various long running queries and stored procedures. * Experience in creating Indexes for faster performance and Views for controlling user access to data. * Experience in using SSIS tools like Import and Export Wizard, Package Installation, and SSIS Package Designer. * Expert in Extraction, Transforming and Loading (ETL) data flows using SSIS creating mappings/workflows to extract data from SQL Server and Flat File sources and load into various Business Entities. * Experience in creating SSIS packages. Experience in DTS Migration and Metadata Management: Migrating DTS packages to SSIS, Package Migration Wizard. * Experience in ETL processes involving migrations and in sync processes between two databases. * Experience in creating configuration files to deploy the SSIS packages across all environments. * Experience in Microsoft Visual C# in script component of SSIS. * Extensive knowledge/experience on Data Migration * Hands on expertise in migrations from MS SQL Server 2000 to MS SQL Server 2008 R2. * Defining data warehouse (star and snow flake schema), fact table, cubes, dimensions, measures * Rich experience & knowledge in the Retail and the Oil/Energy Business process * Provided consulting in multiple BI implementations, which required complex customizations and Configurations. * Effective communication skills to understand and articulate the requirements during discussion. * Extremely motivated, able to work smoothly even under pressure, meet deadlines in advance, ready to accept new challenges and adapt quickly to new technologies.
