staff Oversee day-to-day operations of an internationally known music venue featuring award-winning blues musicians. Major responsibilities include: budgeting, managing and training staff, trouble shooting band line ups, managing payroll and being accountable for deposits. Responsible for responding to customer service inquiries, negotiating vendor contracts and managing private corporate events. * Responsible for the overall management of 2 club locations from members (bar wait staff security) and supervise monthly inventory orders and retail merchandise. * Analyze monthly sales data in order to adjust staff and inventory accordingly for seasonal and economic swings. * Negotiate and manage private events ranging in scope from Fortune 500 to smaller entrepreneurial organizations (with many repeat clients).
