Exploration and Production (E&P). * Responsible for Implementation and performance of all Logistics activities and Key Performance Indicators as agreed between KGL and Department of Defense to support military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. Achieved all safety, cost and service performance targets over contract period. * Government contract terminated with KGL March 2011. DOD assumed all responsibilities during a transition phase $4 B Inventory $300 M Transportation cost and $200 M Warehousing costs. * Developed a detailed "Best in Industry" MM strategy to be implemented between 2009-2012 across 12 Global Performance Units. * Received approval for $1.5 M funding in support of MM "Best in Industry" pilot. Design build implement and validate MM business case in conjunction with North America Gas Performance Unit. Benefits case to include 20% reduction in inventory 10% reduction in inbound freight and logistics costs. * Identified a 15% logistics cost and 20% inventory reduction opportunity by outsourcing (3PL) inventory management and logistics in the North Sea Performance Unit. RFI and RFP in process. * MM Steering Team member to ensure MM common processes are defined and implemented in support of SAP purchase to pay and MM Gulf of Mexico pilot.
