I have 17 year experience in project management for more than seven major projects in Iraq with total magnitude over 65 million dollars under supervision of Corps of engineers US Army - Iraq and other American, French & chines global companies, got a good experience in required paper work, work manner and specification with these global companies. Accurate, disciplined, fast learner and flexible and that what made me executed all my past projects on time schedule and within project budget. Skills in MS Project, computer (MS., Excel, word & power point). BS. Degree in civil engineering, Consultant engineer by Iraqi Engineering Union since 2000. Green card holder and having Texas Driving License. My Management Study and Practice in my study & past performance Depending on the project master time schedule, I will prepare weekly and daily work schedule in the same time I will prepare the required Human resources plan with material lists for 15 day in advance to keep work on going. If any delay happened due to (out of our hand reason), recovery plan will be prepared to be back on the rail in shortest time. Depending on my 17 years' experience of project management for 9 key projects in Iraq with total magnitude of 130 million dollars under supervision of Global companies & Corps of Engineers US Army in Iraq, I will prepare master work schedule then I will prepare detailed Human resource + material resource plan for each two weeks and doing all required recovery plans to keep work within time and budget. For Quality control and assurance, I will follow up my team to keep all work items done within required specifications in addition to prepare instructions and demonstrations before using any construction materials or starting any new work item to assure keeping performance within specifications. For safety issue, I will keep following all my crew to guide our activities toward all safety instructions wither in wearing safety clothes or gears and keeping work environment in safe mode all time. For budget control, I will supervise daily, weekly and monthly all project experiences and find solutions in case of any variations. For worker and staff training, I will held daily sessions for each work activities as required and as its sequence in the project without effecting work flow. For Material storage, I will keep weekly check for incoming and outgoing materials and prepare required bi-monthly materials inventories. For controlling materials waste, this will be done by worker training in addition to our monitoring during work. Every work item in any part of project will be estimated (at least 15 days) before starting depending on plans and shop drawings that we will prepare parallel to work flow, estimation will include needed Human resource, materials and logistic support to insure executing this item within time and budget. Materials inventories will be prepared in 15-30 days in advance to be supplied, and the same for work force or subcontractors, we will award the items and finish all contract with its paper work to let workers or sub's to start on time. If materials include ready mix concrete or Asphalt, I will check with its patching plant to prepare all row materials, trucks, fuel, water and logistic support in advance. Depending on daily work report, daily safety report, QA daily report, QC daily report, weekly testing report and weekly materials storage report, I will keep updating actual work performance percentage with the actual spending on same master plan by drawing curves in other color and check all variations to prepare required recovery plans.
