I have developed expertise in providing production support in UNIX (Solaris, HP OS) and Windows environments utilizing BMC Patrol. HP Openview and Insight Manager. My main focus for the last 10 years has been developing implementing and administrating Enterprise scheduling solutions for several Fortune 500 companies using tools such as BMC Control-M's Enterprise for which I carry a certification in and working with SAP's Redwood Cronacle scheduling solution. I have expanded the automated scheduling world for both Eaton and Big Lot (most recently to over 16,000 jobs day) without having a scheduling team behind me. I have excellent troubleshooting skills, self-motivated and require minimum supervision. I am known for getting results and not backing off of new challenges.
