State of Arizona Experience Administrative Assistant III (GR 17) May 2014 - Apr 2016 Department of Economic Security - Human Resources * Responsible for maintaining open lines of communication with DES staff, management, personnel liaisons/coordinators with regard to all personnel matters and research to resolve a variety of issues. * Served an integral role on the Electronic Timesheet Entry (ETE) and worked with the DES Office of Accounting to ensure that chart of account information relating to a position was accurate. This rollout included the entire DES agency which had 9k employees that went live on ETE. * Acted as primary Liaison with ADOA Class and Comp Unit in processing position establishments and position updated. * Resolved routine customer service inquiries relating to health insurance eligibility. * Managed the pilot program developed to fine tune beta programs prior to release to the entire student body and staff. * Responsible for reconciling data between HRIS database and DES Financial System (FMCS) to ensure accuracy. * Served as the HR representative on large scale projects such as division reorganizations and fiscal year-end.
