Career Summary I am a Project manager with more than seven years experience, I started my career at Orange (mobile operator) since 2004 as a call center representative and then promoted to a call center team leader. I diversified my experience to join CRM process team in 2008, where I was responsible for developing business process models, managing customers handling processes & customer service internal processes. Afterwards, I moved to a higher position in the marketing department as a project manager, managing large scale projects in multi-functional areas with 50 million budget projects such as Siebel modules (call center, sales force automation, campaign management, order management, etc). I worked in cooperation with many well know suppliers as IBM & Oracle. My annual Performance appraisals exceeded expectations and I had been rewarded several certificates in the Customer Service, CRM & Project Management.
