SME on Waste Water Treatment plants design and management. Supported other engineers in contract work for water, sewer and drainage lines reviewed drawings to ensure compliance with contract specifications. SME for working closely with the private subcontractor who ran the plant, other private contractors, the U.S. Corps of Engineers, the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Environment Protection Agency. Supervisor of over 60 to 100+ employees that operated water-tube boilers, steam and gas turbines and raw water pumping stations monitored reports and inspected areas daily analyzed ways of improving the efficiency of the group's equipment.
