QUALIFICATIONS * Ten years of Software Quality Assurance experience. * Four years of Agile testing experience with some exposure to automated testing tools, such as Selenium IDE. * Am experienced with both SCRUM and KANBAN Agile frameworks Experienced with manual testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, exploratory testing, integration testing, and user experience testing. * I excel in testing application software and making sure that the customer is happy with the final product. * Have substantial business analyst experience. * Have a good knowledge of SQL and how to check or change data at the database level. * Have strong communication skills and have experience coaching/training others. * Am a team player who works well with others, striving to meet our goals. * Am a thorough and hard worker who cares about doing quality work and meeting deadlines. * Am a quick learner and am willing to learn new software and technologies. * Recently, have focused on software testing new and old applications for a Java development team, and coordinating releases to the production environment. * Have experience working with end users in a Beta environment to find out what works well and what doesn't. * Am very responsible, dependable, and detail oriented.
