My name is Connie Wiresinger, I 'm one of your clients that always calls into your facility…..I just wanted to inform you on the outstanding performance of one of your employees. Her name is Cheryl Carter/Admin. Assist. Frequently I call in she answers the call. She always answers the phone with a smile in her voice stating that she's here to help in anyway that she can. She is very understanding, concern, kind, patient, and very professional. When even I had questions regarding an update on an accounts as far as claim numbers not one time has she not been able to answer my questions. Her Customer Service skills goes beyond the call of duty as far as listening patiently, and not interrupting while expressing my concerns. When receiving calls from my co-workers they state they've had the same experience with her as well. everybody has the same experience when calling in and speaking with Cheryl, others have expressed their experiences with me when speaking with her as well. I've never heard one complaint about Cheryl's performance.
Another trait I love about Cheryl is that she never has you on a call more than 2 minutes she get the information, processes it and off the phone you go. I really appreciate that about Cheryl, time is everything. I feel very relaxed & calm when she answers knowing that I will not be on the phone long, and whatever she could do to assist in the call she's willing to do it, and let you go. Her mannerism and kindness goes a long way, and is truly appreciated. I wanted to email you to let you know what a treasure you have in your company. She’s one of the best Admin. Assistances I have encountered in a long time, and I felt you should know her value with your customers calling in. I'm always thanking her for her terrific customer service skills, and always telling her I enjoy talking to her when I call in. Oh, and by the way she always puts a smile on my face when I'm done, she's very friendly, and has a great personality as well!!
