Summary: Quality assurance professional experienced in material review board non-conformances contract, drawing, and data review compilation and presentation of data packages receiving and in-process inspection and test support. Well versed in programming and maintaining Automated Optical Inspection machine set-up, maintenance, and verification of Electrostatic discharge systems X-ray and X-ray Fluorescence testing and data review. Qualifications: * 8 years Quality Control and Quality Management experience in aerospace engineering. * 8 years experience reviewing build documentation and test data for End Item Data Packages. * 8 years experience as a NASA certified inspector for NASA Standards 8739.1 - 8739.4. * 8 years experience with ESD monitoring and control systems. * 7 years experience with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Machine. * 7 years experience with acceptance testing including thermal cycling, thermal vacuum, vibration, and Electromagnetic Interference testing. * 7 years experience with X-Ray Fluorescence testing. * 5 years experience with X-Ray inspection of piece parts and populated circuit boards. * 5 years experience with auditing processes for conformance to AS9100. * Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
