SUMMARY OF WORK EXPERIENCE * With 10 years extensive experience in the biggest and most advanced telecommunications company in the Middle East. * Successfully lead a team in the construction of both ISP and OSP voice and data infrastructure. * Attending work orders and trouble tickets for fixed network issues data and voice both for residential and enterprise customers. * Understanding in wan/lan infrastructures and data communications technologies such as DSL, ISDN, Leased lines, ip vpn, frame relay. * Experience in coordinating and supporting carriers like Verizon, AT&T, Virtela, British telecom, Orange, Vodafone and middle east carriers. * Respond to all network outages and emergencies thoroughly and accurately such as alarms, change request and migrations. * Strong coordination with Noc in resolving customer issues in time and avoid any escalations. * Acquired working knowledge in most Windows MS Office including Excel which is use for network database and many other Windows based applications. * Wide experience in provisioning and troubleshooting of transmission and various transport networks starting from PCM-30 including PDH, SDH, AMS, AMU, 2G, 3G Media Converter, Cisco switches, and access switches. * Wide knowledge of using telecom equipments and analyzers for various troubleshooting such as fluke tester for ethernet cables, light source for testing fibers, laptops with softwares install, analog phones, MTT sunset for E3/DS3, sunset E20c for PRI and LEASELINES, jdsu MT5800 for MPLS RFC2544 and ARGUS 155/aethra dlite1000 for BRI and Expo testers. * Able to work with minimal supervision and is a cooperative team player. * Strong communication, leadership, management and problem-solving skills. * Successfully adapted cable transport network to my satellite communications knowledge.
