COVER LETTER: Dear Sir or Madam , Please accept my resume for the Social worker position at the ABA Home Based program. I became aware about this position on indeed.com. I think that I would be an ideal fit for this position. I have 9 years of extensive varied experiences working with children, adolescents, parents, families and service providers. Throughout this 9 years, I have had experiences with children in need of early intervention services and I have made referrals for these services. I currently work in a NYC Mother Child Program where I have to make referrals every 6 months to ensure that the infants and toddlers are meeting their target milestones. As a caseworker working with young, children monthly assessments regarding milestones and developmental targets has been an ongoing function of my job throughout all of the programs I have worked in. Some of my attributes that will be helpful for this position include being a fast learner, patience, being empathic towards clients and my ability to build strong working relationships with clients. I enjoy working with diverse populations with intricate backgrounds. I am confident that my experience and skills will make me a valuable member of your team.
