During my current and previous job, I had the opportunity to develop newfangled strategies for our business, such as: For the first time the AFA (American Farrier Association) run their certification programs outside the US in alliance with Mustad / Emcoclavos; we had around 50 farriers involved in 2013 and 2014. Also, - Developed and construction of first Fall Protection Competent training center in Colombia with OSHA certification combine with professional hazard assessment, sales in fall protection reached seven million dollars annually in Colombia and became in first one category in sales.
