ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Selected as the "Humanitarian of the year", by the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors. Presented by the Chairman of the board at an honorary dinner of 200 Agency Executives. * Given three award at a two-day conference with 150 Director and Executives from across the United States. I had tripled the annual census within three months of being hired. * Collected by the CEO to chair a committee to create a new un-restricted money stream. The first year we were able to raise $75,000. * Created a new line of business for the Day Treatment Center. Developed a "Pre-vocational program that created more income without incurring additional costs. * For 15 consecutive years was able to pass all certifications to run two residential psychiatric treatment crisis centers as "State Certified Social Rehabilitation Treatment Centers" CARE TAKER - for my Mom w/ Alzheimer's
