Mid-Atlantic based project / program manager. 20+ years managing, directing and delivering engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services on infrastructure, energy, industrial (MEP), nuclear, environmental cleanup and telecommunications projects on time and under budget. * Fully accountable for profit / loss from development to closure on projects exceeding $100M. * Business leadership, management and supervisory responsibility for as many as 400 personnel from construction workers, to first line supervisors, to managers of managers. * Lean process design and re-engineering expertise streamlined large capital construction programs.
