PROFILE As a Manager with 20 years of experience in the Marine, Commercial and Industrial related Industries he has significant experience in supporting clients in the areas of electrical system evaluation, design, system management, QA/QC, construction oversight and final testing/commissioning. He has a strong background in all phase of electrical system project development, execution, completion and turnover of final documentation to owners, including test documentation, component manuals, equipment certifications and as built drawings. He has represented such owners as FTAPAS OFFSHORE, COCA COLA, SCHLUMBERGER, HALLIBURTON, HESS NATURAL GAS, TENEWA NATURAL GAS, as well as numerous others in project development, project execution, system testing and commissioning. KEY STRENGTHS He has hands-on experience with the initial inspections, system engineering and development, onsite management and execution of diverse construction projects from design to final acceptance and completion. Experience in the verification, acceptance, completion and turnover of all final documentation. Possesses the ability and experience to integrate a defined project planning approach, regulatory compliance strategies and quality assurance practices in support of complex construction programs. Is familiar with a variety of vessels, facilities, and equipment related to the marine, commercial and industrial industry, including offshore supply vessels and commercial facilities and natural gas platforms.
