SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS Twenty years' experience in accounting, with twelve years dealing with varied clients for small CPA firms including in depth knowledge of needs of clients with annual sales of 1-30 million in all phases, including tax planning, preparation, and financial reporting. Understand special needs of the small business. AREAS OF EXPERTISE Taxes: Preparation of income tax returns (Individual, Corporation, Partnership, Trust) Federal, multi-state, payroll and property, tax projections and estimates. Bookkeeping Services: Wide range of clients, including Health Care professionals, restaurants, Construction, clothing manufacturers, computer retailer, graphic artists. Responsibilities include monthly financial statements, quarterly returns. Supervision of bookkeeping staff of 4 for business management clients. Consulting Services: financial analysis, special projects, and overall investigations of client systems for the purpose of improving operations and efficiency. Responsible for implementation and personnel training of computerized accounting programs, including process and job cost system Auditing: Primary responsibilities in planning, supervising, and reviewing audit engagements through their completion.
