After 18 years installing rebar and performing different duties such as site safety, foreman etc. My last position was as safety director for a rebar installation contractor overseeing operations in three states on more than 40 job-sites with contracts worth more than 30 million dollars. using over 150 union ironworkers. I was responsible for all safety aspects of our company and developed reporting, training, policy, and procedure.
