SUMMARY * Total more than 21 years of experience in heavy engineering industry with more than 9 years of experience in Oil Sands (similar to Oil & Gas or Refining Industry) as a materials & corrosion engineer, fix equipments corrosion evaluation and strategic reliability improvements * Knowledge of Refinery Damage Mechanism API 571 * Excellent knowledge of Ferrous Materials, their properties and behaviour in various corrosive refinery environment * Excellent knowledge of engineering processes in heavy metal industries like Hot and Cold Rolling of steel, Heat Treatment, welding * Lead and/or participated in technical projects/reliability improvement with multi-discipline team (Process Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Asset Integrity, Capital & Small Project Group) * Knowledge of Valves and Pumps * Knowledge of Process & Instruments Diagram (PID), Management of Change (MOC), Technical Deviation Report (TDR) and Approval for Expenditure (AFE) * Participated in various team activities to reduce rejection, cost control, health and safety awareness * Familiar with various Codes and Standards: ASTM, API, ASME, ISO, SAE, OH&S * Proven problem solving skill, inter personal skill, leadership and team player
