Summary I'm a multi-state licensed land surveyor, currently offering consulting services to the general public. Formerly have worked for engineering and surveying firms which served mostly nation wide commercial clients. I have been predominately in responsible charge of land survey mattters for land title surveys and subdivision platting, but also have experience in multiple areas of the surveying discipline. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Surveying and Land Information Systems. I'm a highly ethical person in my chosen profession and personal life. I'm a current member of the National Society of Professional Surveyors, the Arkansas Society of Professional Surveyors, and the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors. Areas of Expertise: Achieves the survey needs of clients from diverse trades, occupations and professions by serving as interdepartmental land boundary specialist and Land Surveyor of Record. * My skills, performance, and credentials secured one of my former employer's financial top five clients for several years. * Multiple Survey Project Managers have depended upon my expertise and credentials in 4 or 5 states in which they are not qualified to practice. * Multiple Design Project Managers have also inquired and sought advise from me regarding land boundary matters on many occasions. Acted as multi-state regulatory advisor for other Survey Project Managers. * Routinely advised Survey Project Managers in matters of pre-field work boundary research, * Served in advisory role for special circumstances such as riparian boundary determinations, flood plain map amendment surveys, and assistance to municipalities in assessing potential perscriptive usage. * Advised Survey Project Managers as to jurisdictional requirements pre-requisite to survey completion. Maintained successful quality assurance during quick paced production. * Assisted in bringing to successful conclusion a program designed to transition a collection of leasehold estates belonging to a major retailer into independent fee ownership tracts of a major fuel retailer. * Coordinated office work for a group of 4 teams. Each team consisting of a field crew and a cadd technician. * Directed field crews regarding data to be collected to satisfy ALTA, state, and local jurisdiction requirements * Managed survey field data by processing through calculating and transforming softwares then disseminating into AutoCAD environment for use by licensed land surveyors, both by others and by myself. Assisted in mentoring new licensees into the Land Surveying Profession. * Have helped with two Land Surveyors in Training at the same time resulting in the following young surveyors obtaining their Arkansas Land Surveyor Certificates in December of 2007: Charles Joe Martin, AR LS 1616, and Dustin Riley AR LS 1618. * Have assisted with the apprenticeship of Nikolay Nedkov resulting in Arkansas Surveyors Certificate No. 1759 issued in November 2012. * Supported Arkansas Licensed Surveyor, James "Tex" Barnett, by helping he obtain by comity his Texas RPLS Certificate Number 6596 in December 2015. Commended for dedicated work ethic and rewarded by steady promotions and training in land boundary analysis. * Compensated commensurate with professional growth resulting in an average of 10.63% yearly increase * On multiple occasions at corporate meetings my value as a land boundary specialist was praised by my supervisor.
