Experience Summary Over twenty-two years of training and experience in intelligence gathering, processing, analysis, and production, with twelve years total in the Army as a leader and manager. Thirteen years of experience as a contractor in the use of electronic classified intelligence systems. Possess a working knowledge of Spanish. Most recent: March 2008 - Present: For the last eight years I have been the government Engineering and Execution Team Lead for Collection Management for the Project Manager (PM) of the Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A) Increment 1 Release 2 (I1R2). I have been providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and Systems Engineering (SE) services, and Product Line oversight for Collection Management and Targeting, to include integrating and testing (I&T), of the ISR Synchronization Tool (IST) into the DCGS-A builds. This has included executing, as the government lead, Operational Threads assessment for the Test and Evaluation (T&E) Team for the PM DCGS-A Mobile Basic (MB) product, November 2009 to July 2011, where I organized the test process and schedule for the government testing and review periods for the Operational Threads through to the completion of the Formal Qualification Test (FQT), Interoperability Testing, and Initial and Follow-on Operational Testing.
