Accomplishments * Led team of 12 direct-report project managers with accountability for gas turbine and balance-of-plant (BOP) equipment projects totaling $2.8 billion * Led activities to support $800 million multi-year sale of components and facilities equipment to South Korean customer in technology transfer initiative. * Managed $125 million Bridgeport Fuel Cell Park project scope of work included land acquisition, installation and commissioning of fuel cell, and crafting of 20-year power purchase agreement. * Envisioned and spearheaded PMO Systems at GE Aero Energy and at FuelCell Energy creating new standard of excellence for cost estimating and project execution. & Results
