Summary I started with the StorageTek Recording Head Group in 1993, as a Cleanroom Operator. In order to improve my skills, I began taking courses at the University of Colorado. I was promoted to a Line Trainer and, a year later, I was hired as an Engineering Technician. While working full time, I earned a Bachelor Degree in Physics, with an interdisciplinary focus in Mathematical Statistics. Shortly after my graduation, I was promoted to Vacuum Process Engineer. I have many years experience developing a variety of thin film (sub micron) processes using sputter deposition equipment (DC and RF), developing ion beam deposition processes, providing engineering line support for manufacturing operations, and performing statistical data analysis. I have extensive military leadership and management experience. I worked for the Data Storage Recording Head Operations of Oracle - Sun - StorageTek from 1993 to 2016 (over twenty-two years).
