I am looking for an opportunity that will utilize my strong management, planning, and logistics skills. I enjoy using my analytical skills to identify areas for process improvement and welcome the challenge of making an operation and its value chain better and leaner by implementing a continuous improvement culture to the workforce and management team. I believe that with my communication skill and ability to mentor and coach employees, I can help to provide an atmosphere of teamwork that will motivate and inspire workers to willingly achieve more. I am interested in a consulting role to guide a company to leaner and more efficient processes or a lead management role where I am assigned a task and have autonomy and can determine the means and resources to produce agreed upon results. I thrive in a competitive setting and believe a team working together can produce more than just the sum of the individual members.
