SUMMARY * 10+ years of experience working in Ontario Public Service Commission, Manufacturing, Health Care, Research, Education, and Financial Industry. * 8+ years of Business Analysis, Process Modeling, and Process Analysis experience 2+ years of Project Management experience. * Good knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid and health care information system and HIPAA compliance transactions (i.e. 837, 999, 824, 277). * 1 year of budgeting, forecasting, estimating, statistical analysis and report creation. 2 years of experience of Data Modeling, Data Mapping and Data Analysis experience. * 2 years of configuring and implementing ERP software such as Oracle and SAP (MM/WM and BI/BW). * 2+ years of GAP Analysis, Business Case, Project Charter, Project Schedule, Work Break down structure, Resource assignments, Project status Tracking, RFS, RFI, RFP, Feasibility Analysis (Cost/benefit analysis), Risk Analysis and preparing mitigation plans. * Knowledge and experience in COTS product implementation. * Experienced in working collaboratively in cross-functional teams by setting clear directions & design terms of reference & work processes. * Good knowledge of telecom billing wire line as well as wireless and worked on call center project. Familiarity with industry standard (including Legacy, Core, and Emerging technologies), business process mapping, and reengineering. * 2 Years Investment Banking /Financial Industry experience and good business knowledge on the following areas: Cash Equities Futures and Options Fixed Income, Derivatives Credit and Rates Products or Structured Products. * Good knowledge of the front to back processing required in Capital Markets businesses, including trade lifecycle. * Have good empathy and problem solving skills and has the ability to read and interpret process documentation and recommend improvements to the documentation and training materials. * 3+ years' experience in teaching, preparing manuals and end user training. * Experience in predictive modeling such as analyzing trend, regression analysis, neural network, forecasting, replenishment cycle, inventory analysis, NPV, and ROI and other KPIs using statistical analysis tools such as Octave, SAS, SPSS and Excel using various time series. * Good in Initiating, collaborating and building rapport with stakeholders and vendors. * Excellent organizational, research, planning, time management and coordination skills * Creative and confident self-starter with integrative thinking skills capable of forming and maintaining positive and productive working relationships in internal, external and team environments. * Effective in working autonomously as well as part of a team. * Knowledge of machine learning algorithms like: Regression, Bayesian, Decision Tree.
