PROFILE: Extensive experience in the areas of manufacturing Supply Chain Management and Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems. including - Capital Equipment A world-class nickel and copper mine located in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Began production in September of 2014. Approx. 400 employees at Eagle ERP System: SAP R/3 v4.7 Responsible for Supply Chain Management of all Company sites: Humboldt Mill - Administrative HQ Production Supplies supporting ore concentrate manufacturing manufacturing ERP System: SAP R/3 v4.7 Primary responsibilities included Supply Chain Management with emphasis on corporate commercial contract negotiation covering in excess of 50 suppliers and $40M annual spend for this multi-division, global Tier 1 auto industry supplier and manufacturer of technologically advanced automotive pistons and power cylinder modules. Customers include: GM, Ford, Nissan, Chrysler, Harley-Davidson. Commercial Areas of Corporate Purchasing Responsibility: Industrial fluids including lubricants, coolants, and chemicals Environmental - service contracts and supplies Perishable tooling - abrasives and cutting tools - PCD, CBN, carbide, super-abrasives Capital Equipment - CNC machine tools & robots - Okuma, Mori Seiki, Fanuc Health and safety supplies and services Industrial gases and foundry supplies and services Office supplies and equipment Electrical supplies Fabrication - outside contracting Packaging supplies Gauging Material handling equipment Facilities management contracting and supplies Project Leader - MRO Store SAP inventory management/purchasing implementation at the KUS division. Identified and inventoried 3000 SKUs. Supervised on- site supplier contracting physical construction and SAP ERP system implementation. Trained and coached all user groups including classroom instruction and one-on-one OJT.
