William M. Hawthorne has nearly thirty years? professional construction and financial management experience in the real estate and financial service industry. Having been involved in and led over 130 building projects, he is known for his dedication to high quality green technology in building zero-energy custom single-family homes. During the years that he held senior level positions at several financial service companies, he has demonstrated the success in using real estate as an investment tool as well as leading productive sales teams, and consolidating work processes and locations to streamline operations which involved lease negotiation and sales of these commercial properties. As such he embodies a unique perspective combining that of both contractor and owner with a fluency in understanding both the financial and quality assurance aspects of sustainable building sciences. He is also familiar with domestic fresh and waste water treatment facilities, both re-construction and new construction.
