Experienced with various Molecular biology techniques including competent cell and bacterial transformations, genomic DNA purification, Gel Electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, and various Protein isolation methods youths diagnosed with ASD through activities which focused on developing their social and gross/fine motor skills Worked on a team in order to develop creative activities that would engage youths while simultaneously enhance their fine/gross motor and social skills Used organizational skills to develop daily schedules tailored to the interests and skill abilities of the youths in the group * Managed multiple tasks efficiently maintaining uninterrupted flow of activities in a busy setting * Provided guidance and support to counsellors and ensured smooth progression of daily activities being held accountable for dealing with incidents and their resolution
