Seeking a challenging position for an experienced engineer with strong background in polymeric materials science and process engineering QUALIFICATION HIGHLIGHTS * Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in polymer synthesis, and polymeric and composite materials processing technology, esp. plastics film/sheet and profile extrusion, co-extrusion as well as coating technology * Experienced in Internal EHS and Quality Audit, PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), Process Flowchart, Control Plan, FMEA, GR & R, SPC, 6- Sigma, Lean and DOE * Significant skills in computer hardware and software (Microsoft Office, Windows and Databases), laser cutting and CAD * In-depth quantitative and analytical skills with data/systems analysis, statistics, modeling and simulation of complex systems * A strong team player with a positive working attitude and a self-learner who is capable of acquiring new skills quickly for solving problems in hand
