Aberdeen offices Business Development / Customer Identification / Capture Management / Proposal Development Responsibilities include all aspects of Business Development including customer cultivation within the DC-Metro area leveraging partner relationships and developing new. Also, directed, managed and led business development pipeline, opportunity identification, proposal activities, negotiation and award. * Managed Business development pipeline and opportunity cultivation * Performed partner network development to develop and maintain strong industry relationships * Executed proposal development process using a modified Shipley approach with particular attention to Request for Proposal detail requirements * Participated with Leadership in the Program Management development for several re-competes of AASKI's largest Army contracts at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) in MD * Provided key input to Management volumes to identify innovations, cost-savings and efficiencies that could be attained over the next five years since AASKI was the incumbent (lead the development of a modified program management approach that would reduce costs in the out years while delivering the needed results on schedule, within budget and in a technical way to be fully supportable with reduced staff) *
