Accomplishments * Strategic Partner : As part of the senior management group of the division including SVP, VP of marketing and VP of operations, responsible for developing long and short term business forecast and present to Corp. senior management and board together with SVP. * Start-up and hands-on management : With AJC International, re-organize global accounting & finance group to support business growth and establish group's performance standard to meet public company standard through process re-engineering and compliance standard set -up, which did not exist before I joined the company. * Turn Around : With Albany International, Division has grown from $80mil to $300mil business over four years through organic growth and acquisition, as a Controller played a key role in the strategic decision and acquisition due diligence. * Value Adder: As a part of Corp procurement initiative, develop and monitoring procurement savings, last year net procurement savings of $1.5mil through supplier negotiation with Albany International. Restructure both US and Overseas tax entities through consolidation (US) and branch profit center (Switzerland) and realize $3mil tax savings over three years with AJC International.
