I have worked in the Insurance Compliance field for the past ten years. I am a hardworking self-starter. During my time with ADP, LLC. I helped to develop trending reports the Sr. Management Team relies on for observing compliance and regulatory issues. I believe I have strong communication abilities which helped in creating and maintaining compliance trainings that was applied to each department of ADP Insurance Services and Automatic Data Processing Insurance Agency, Inc.. In my previous positions I managed many group homes and day programs within the Mental Health field. Being employed in social services helped me build my ability to work and communicate with a wide range of people, as well as strengthen my management skills.
