This project within the Accellos Warehouse Management System (part of the HighJump company) entailed 34 smaller system fixes and enhancements which have been implemented in a phased approach. Working with contract business analyst, we determined requirements and performed all necessary SDLC steps. I also performed the project management responsibilities for the bug fix implementations. * Business Analyst and Project Manager for the Raw Materials Warehouse Management System implementation between SAP Business One and Accellos within a budget of $275,000. This project included the documentation of over 190 requirements incorporating all areas across Raw Materials including contracts, purchasing, receiving, scheduling and planning, production, inventory and finance. This project also includes an upgrade from SAP Business One 8.8 to SAP Business One 9.0. Also included in this is the removal of an existing software (BatchMaster) which is a bolt on module for SAP Business One 8.8 and incorporating the modules functions into the upgraded version of SAP Business One 9.0. * Worked with the Maintenance department on the E-Maintenance system for analyzing the current Preventive Maintenance Program and determining changes and enhancements that would make the process more efficient. * Assigned responsibility as Project Manager for transferring the manufacturing plant to the new owners, Dairy Farmers of America. * Assigned responsibility as IT Manager for final closure of the company.
