Description
Research coordinator II with more than 3 years of experience in health services research. I have managed more than 10 clinical trials, and I am familiar with the requirement and challenges of different study designs, including randomized controlled trial, cohort study, psychometric and qualitative research. These knowledge and practical experience are essential in the proper operation of study protocols and the reliable documentation of research data and IRB document. Other than subject recruitment and protocol operation, I also provide strong administrative support to principal investigators in reporting to grant body/sponsor, as well as financial and manpower management for all projects. As the most senior research staff in my team, my responsibility has also included staff and medical student training, sourcing for clinical equipment, and development of mobile clinic and public screening event.
