Summary: Energetic and skilled massage therapist, state certified since 1985, nationally certified since 2000, certified clinical herbalist since 2009, certified yoga teacher since 2013, trained in many massage modalities, does health consultations, and teaches yoga, health classes, and massage modalities. I passionately study health and nutrition and love to share my knowledge with others by coaching them toward their own long term healthy habits.
