SUMMARY: * Profound Technical Knowledge of Six Sigma Methodology, Lean manufacturing tools & implementation, hands-on process improvement & kaizen activity experience in a manufacturing operations environment * Good working experience with time & motion studies, layout optimization, process flow charts, Value stream mapping, cost reduction & waste elimination activities coupled with data analysis skills & use of MS Office software * Comprehensive knowledge & experience working with quality control tools, root cause analysis, SPC, PFMEA & Control pans, process capability studies & use of statistical data analysis tools and software * Capable of generating Return on Investment analysis (ROI), capacity & productivity analysis, project schedules, making presentations to the management & also possess project management knowledge * Strong Leadership, Communication, Team player skills acquired through working on various projects and also have a great experience working with cross functional departments.
