Accomplishments Operations Management: I held several positions as President/ owner or managing Director of several health insurance agencies in which I had tremendous success. As a leader I was able to grow the companies and make the necessary changes in the fast changing health insurance industry. I like to use unconventional methods to succeed. My experience includes cold calling, training, sales cultivating relationships. Prior to owning agencies, I was National Sales manager for Equifax, a fortune 300 company. My responsibilities were everything from hiring, training and driving sales. Started company and grew it to 30+ employees and 10 down-line agencies. I negotiated contracts with some of the largest companies. I consistently worked with lead vendors in order to keep our CPA in line with financials. Generated over $50 million in premium per year for top insurance carriers. Improved overall production by hiring IT programmers to create custom software which helped manage sales and costs.
