Professional SUMMARY I am a business professional with extensive experience as a Project Information Manager (PIM) and with Project Management experience gained in a matrixed and projectized organizational environment. In addition to business skills, I also have experience as a social services provider in my community. My most current experience is in a combined role of Project Information Manager and Change Coordinator. I performed as the Change Coordinator while also seamlessly performing as a Project Information Manager (PIM) producing quality results. In the Change Coordinator role, I managed the work process involving the change of critical engineering drawings, bringing structure and organization to the work process. I work with the global team to ensure timely review and approval of changes. I ensured accuracy of the information and interfaced with the engineers and clients to coordinate alignment. I track the changes through the work process and generate status reports. As a Project Management professional, I tracked project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), coordinating weekly staff and client meetings, tracking all action items, and generating the client monthly reports. A key task in the role was ensuring all reporting mechanisms were accurate and timely for monitoring project progress against the baseline schedule and budget including monitoring the procurement plan for client reporting and ensuring the acceptance of the deliverables. I have experience with interactive planning sessions for schedule development as well as staffing plan reviews and schedule reviews. I am well versed in the corporate project start-up activities including development of the Project Execution Plan and all documentation aligned with the corporate operating system and implementation plan. I coordinated the project close out which centered on the client alignment of deliverable requirements. As a Project Information Manager (PIM), I have experience providing information management excellence on international "mega" project and "mid-size" projects. As the Project Information Manager (PIM), execution excellence encompassed developing and planning all project information technology strategy systems and engineering tools implementation and management with an emphasis on data security, quality and team collaboration with clients, across discipline groups and geographic regions. I ensure all the engineering and collaboration execution methodologies are implemented and functioning on projects summoning the Fluor subject matter experts and the requisite client counterparts for alignment on Smart Plant tool implementation and requirements when necessary. Liaising with the Fluor Information Technology service delivery group is critical to establishing client connectivity on projects. Project Information Management experience also includes construction site temporary facilities Information Technology infrastructure estimate development, solutioning and implementation. Working with the corporate IT team, the PIM provides oversight of the site IT infrastructure developed scope of work, administers and expedites to confirm the agreed upon deliverables are implemented per the project schedule and budget. IT site infrastructure implementation also includes development of 3rd party IT subcontractor scopes of work and managing these contracts for successful site infrastructure implementation. Also, I have experience providing input for Houston office project's proposal estimate development. Noteworthy, I served as the lead Information Manager on the first corporate project to execute using the Smart Plant Suite of tools in an integrated environment while simultaneously also being the first project to utilize an electronic data archive system. includes a role in Financial Planning and Analysis and Project Business Services which required annual department budgeting project cost and labor analysis client invoice preparation contract compliance and commercial terms comprehension. My experience in social services was gained while investigating child abuse and neglect. Case load management and state documentation were critical to success. From this I transitioned to a youth service specialist for a school district providing in school services to students in crisis and at-risk of truancy or running away. Parent interface sessions referral for services and on-going student support counseling were duties performed. Coordination and liaison with school professionals and community service providers were integral success in this role.
