Ms. Yoder is a retired veteran of the United States Air Force where she served as a Communications-Computer Operations and Security Manager for over 20 years. She has a Graduate Degree in Business and Organizational Security Management and six undergraduate degrees. She was awarded a Professional Certificate in Program Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. For the past 16 years, she has focused her experience as a security specialist and technical writer exclusively in the areas of military exercises and support, security and emergency management, Continuity of Operations (COOP), and Information Technology (IT). Ms. Yoder was assigned to the Presidential Inauguration as a Microsoft Word and Power Point instructor for 800 military personnel. She has been developing student manuals, user guides, exercise and operational plans since 1996. Ms. Yoder has experience working as a security specialist, technical writer, and COOP Manager for the U.S. Navy, Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP), Counterintelligence Field Activity (CIFA), Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), National Academy of Science and the State of Arizona. She has extensive experience in the areas of technical writing, emergency management, personnel security, operations security, physical security, anti-terrorism, logistics management, procurement management, quality assurance, and exercise planning for the State Government, Federal Government, and the Department of Defense (DoD). Ms. Yoder has maintained a security clearance (up to TS/SCI, DoE Q, and Special Access Programs) for the past 28 years and passed a polygraph examination by the FBI.
