Measures key supplier on time delivery performance indicators (KPI) on time to request (OTTR) on time to promise (OTTP) and service depot fill rates. * Provides ongoing guidance and support to global regional service depot directors and 3rd party Service Alliance managers relative to material supply chain issues and material escalations/expedites. * Aligns resources and directs activities such as: supply chain reporting root cause analysis and inventory initiatives. Led cross-functional teams outsourcing of manufacturing and repairs supply base transfer service demand supply buying functions from U.S. to China and service repair material to a 3rd party logistics warehouse in Singapore. * Create and manage departmental expense budgets and capacity planning for assigned work groups. * Led initiatives for inventory management that contributed to an 8% inventory reduction in FY2015. Implemented Plan for Every Part (PFEP) process in 8 service depots and 3rd party logistics warehouse locations during the past 15 months with additional locations being added during 2016 achieving 100% implementation across the service organization. Executed Performance Management for direct reports as well as matrix employees by establishing yearly performance goals and objectives administering performance reviews generating development plans and providing ongoing coaching and mentoring. Performed Talent Management for the past 14 years to staff and develop high performing workgroups to drive superior and individual performance providing employees with development opportunities that enable them to contribute and reach their full potential deliver on commitments and meet our customers' expectations. * Utilized Six Sigma tools and methods to improve process efficiency on materials moving through the supply chain to the service depots dock. Achieved lead time reductions of 7-10 days. * Led the new products material team who supported product development programs throughout development programs into production. Worked closely with R&D Program management design engineering service engineering marketing supplier quality engineering and suppliers. Prepared/reviewed and presented material readiness for phase gate reviews.
